Add Scoring

The reason why you have to add scoring in your game is because whenever the player plays your game they would like to know how many points they got. So when I first started adding scoring it was a little hard and long. But the main thing you have to do in adding scoring is that you have to put the code in. If you don't add a code your character might not move or your score will get higher and higher. So for my scoring the character has to touch the collectable in order to get a score even though I only got 9 collectables the character still gets a even score in the game.

Paper Prototype

What problems did it help you to solve with your game idea ?

I actually didn't have any problems making my Paper Prototype. Because my learning topic was about science so I chose The Ocean. But the only problem I actually had was when I had to look up the links to research information about hermit crabs and sea anemones.Then I had to comment on a friends blog and copy it to my Play Game Seen project. Then after that I kind of had trouble looking up animated hermit crabs and sea anemones. But after all I had to do I think I will have a good game for my players.

Choose Learning Topic

In a world where there is just one little hermit crab and a sea anemone. They have to survive with wasted trash at the bottom of the surface and other items that don't belong in the sea. The only thing that can save the day is one hermit crab and one sea anemone and that is because of the power of RELATIONSHIPS.The only way the hermit crab can save the is by letting the sea anemone go on top of the crab and kill all the deadly vicious enemies that they hate the most. So the only way from stopping the horrible waste and trash getting into are beautiful ocean is to let all of the bottom feeders eat the waste and trash.On one hot summer day in July all of the horrible waste and trash will be gone ! Just because of the relationship between one little hermit crab and one anemone! The reason why I'm giving this little introduction out is because I want my players to know it is NOT okay to litter trash in the ocean. But there's no fear watch when  the hermit crab and sea anemone save the day by their compatible relationship with each other by letting the enemies NOT get close to them and let the bottom feeders eat the rest of the messy waist.

Play To Learn

I learned from playing the game called A.N.T.S is that the game is kind of fun but hard. The kind of ideas I got from playing the games is that when I create my own game I could have everything from the A.N.T.S game to my game but add my own version to my own game. And the game also had a scoring and a life bar to tell if I lost points or if I lost and If I need to get more lives. So the game A.N.T.S teaches you how to score points, Get more lives buy collecting any item around you that involves with ants, And how to actually play the game.

The game I played was Addition Man . Addition Man was fun and teaches you a lot of addition. It had some action in it like a flying super hero collecting addition answers. Addition Man is a fun math game that teaches you a lot about math and addition.

Make Paper Prototype

My make paper prototype is about healthy livings. Like how to eat properly and try not to eat bad foods. So the game is about a non-healthy living community that eats a lot of junk food. So food falls from the sky thats very healthy and nutritious for the community. The reason why I am doing this game is because I want to teach my player how to eat healthy and choose the right choices of healthy eating.
